The Public Spectrum "TPS" is a nonprofit 501c3 corporation whose primary objective is to provide access to public meetings through video broadcast and/or the Internet.
With today's economy it has never been more important for constituents to see for themselves why public leaders must make tough decisions for the overall good of the public.
Regardless of the date, time, or location a meeting is held, video will provide true public access to its proceedings. A television, Smart-phone or a computer with Internet capabilities is all that is needed to eliminate schedule conflicts and accessibility issues for attendees.

The Public Spectrum uses a cross-platform system, creating accessibility using either a PC or Mac computer. Our state-of-the-art bandwidth detection software allows you to watch meetings using DSL, dial-up or even on the go using your mobile phone.
Whether using your own computer or need access to a public computer at your local library, you can remain informed 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
All recorded meetings will be digitally archived for playback and storage to be viewed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year through your web site.
